Psychological Counselling
You don't have to have everything figured out before you start.
Sometimes you know exactly what you would like to change. Sometimes you simply know that something isn’t quite working for you anymore. Either is a perfectly good place to begin.
Counselling gives us the chance to look together at whatever is on your mind. We can ask questions, consider different possibilities and explore what might suit you and your life. You know yourself and your life best. I bring my experience, curiosity and another pair of eyes.
There isn’t always one right answer. But together, we can often see possibilities that are difficult to see on our own.
A particular focus of my work is counselling women at different stages of life.

Living internationally
A life abroad can be enormously enriching, while belonging, identity and being far from familiar support can become complicated.
Daily life
Work, relationships, family, decisions, responsibilities, and sometimes simply having too much going on at once.
Perimenopause
The hormonal changes of perimenopause can affect many aspects of life, physically, emotionally and personally.
Parenthood
Pregnancy, birth and parenthood can bring joy,
change and difficult decisions and sometimes profound loss.
Growing up
From the questions and uncertainties of adolescence to finding your own way into adult life.

Choices
It’s about you:
your thoughts, concerns, questions and whatever is taking up space in your life.
I work systemically, which means we also look at the people, relationships and circumstances that are part of your situation.
Together, we explore your options and find out what feels right for you and your life.
